Easy girl, easy. I totally understand where you are coming from and I empathize with you, as a matter of fact. Did that auto insurance agent even tell you the reason why they are declining your application for an auto insurance coverage? Why don’t you go back to the auto insurance company that you contacted and talk to the agent? Ask him the reason he wouldn’t give you one. There are a lot of reasons why someone might be denied car insurance coverage. It suddenly crossed my mind that maybe your old beat up car is not the reason you are getting denied because I’ve heard of some people who were not given coverage because of their very poor driving record. If you’ve been getting into accidents all over the place and have been making claims all the time, the car insurance companies would hesitate to insure you since you’re classified as a high-risk driver, which entails a higher likelihood of them shelling out money. However, what you can do is ask around for vehicle insurance companies there in Newark, New Jersey that will take on higher-risk drivers. You might be asked to pay higher premiums, but then again, it’s better than driving around without coverage.
