My ten year old “keyed” two cars on our block. On those two vehicles I have full coverage on them. Would this insurance coverage cover the damages done? I live in Vineland, NJ.

However, you may try to file it under your homeowners policy. You will need to verify with your car insurance agent to check if this is covered.
Also, you may be able to negotiate a settlement where the owners file it under their insurance policy and you reimburse them for the deductible and/or any other expenses.
